Your favorite wig may not need replacing — it may just need a proper refresh. Our Wig Revamp & Restoration Service is designed to deeply cleanse, condition and restore your human-hair wig before returning it freshly styled and ready to wear.

Wigs purchased from Pretty Pieces by Ki and eligible human-hair wigs purchased elsewhere are welcome.

Choose Your Finish

Select your preferred finish when adding the service to your cart. Available styling options include a pressed-straight finish, body curls, or curl/wave redefinition depending on the wig’s texture.

Processing Time

3–5 business days from the date your wig is received and inspected.

Wigs requiring extensive detangling, repair, closure replacement or additional services may require additional processing time. You will be contacted if your wig requires work outside of the standard Revamp & Restoration Service.

Optional Add-Ons

Elastic Band: Need additional security? An elastic band may be added separately using our Elastic Band service.

Closure Replacement: Closure replacement is available as an additional service and is not included in the base revamp price. Pricing varies based on lace size, length, texture and hair quality.

Color: Color services are not included in the base revamp. Color refreshes, new color services and specialty color may be added separately when the wig is eligible for chemical processing.

Sending a Wig From Another Company?

No problem. Pretty Pieces by Ki accepts eligible human-hair wigs from other brands for revamp services. Outside wigs are evaluated upon arrival. Because the original hair source, previous processing and product history may be unknown, results from chemical services cannot be guaranteed. A strand test may be performed before color or other chemical processing.

Heat Styling & Fiber Disclaimer: Outside wigs are also assessed for heat compatibility and styling performance. A wig may be labeled or represented as human hair but contain synthetic or blended fibers, or may have been previously processed in a way that affects how it responds to heat. If the hair does not safely tolerate heat or does not hold the requested style, the finished result may differ from your selected styling option. You will be contacted if the wig’s fiber content or condition prevents the requested service from being completed as expected.

Please Note

The base service includes minor maintenance only. Significant cap reconstruction, extensive repairs, elastic-band installation, closure replacement, color correction and color services are additional services and are not included in the revamp price.

After purchase, you will receive the service mailing address and instructions for sending in your wig. Processing time begins once the wig has been received and inspected.
